By accessing or using Credits AI (“Service”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Credits AI. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access, and providing accurate, current, and complete registration information. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Permitted Use
You may use Credits AI for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the Service, transmit malware or malicious code, harass or harm other users, generate illegal or harmful content, impersonate any person or entity, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use automated means to scrape data.
AI-Generated Content
Credits AI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs, you are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content, and AI-generated content should not replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans (CRD+, CRD++, Credits AI★) are billed monthly. By subscribing, you agree to provide valid payment information, automatic monthly renewal unless cancelled, no refunds for partial months after cancellation, and price changes with 30 days advance notice. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Intellectual Property
The Credits AI platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by Credits AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to our right to use it to operate and improve the Service.
File Uploads
You may upload images, videos, and documents to the Service within the limits of your subscription plan. You agree that uploaded content does not infringe any third-party rights, does not contain illegal or harmful material, and may be processed by our AI systems to provide the Service. Uploaded files are automatically deleted within 30 days.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Credits AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
